I. Web Development
Main Content Pages
Standard web pages contain up to 250 words of text and cost $25.00. If
words exceed 250 on a single web page, a commensurate web page fee will be
added. For example, if a web page has 750 words of text the cost would be
equal to the price of 3 standard web pages, i.e. $75.00.
A. Community Center Home Page ($50.00)
- Description of Community Center (taken from brochure)
- Links to Financial Aid Programs, Planning checklist, Search page,
feedback form, Site map, etc.
- Includes up to 250 words, 5 links and 5 graphics (scanning and
formatting pictures extra, see "Graphic Design")
B. Feedback/Comments ($40.00)
Email form forwarded to staff person email address
C. Community Center Website Search ($25.00)
Search engine for the website
D. Local Organization Related Links ($25.00)
Up to 10 links to other organizations

Description of eligibility criteria and links to related
application forms
K. Web-based Application Forms
(Application forms must be available in MS Word, Word Perfect or
Rich Text formats, if not, an additional $50.00 per application form
is required)
Option 1: Web based (HTML) printable applications ($50.00 each)
Pros: Instantly accessible to anyone with a web browser
Cons: Form will look and print differently on every
computer depending upon each users computer settings
Option 2: Portable Document Format (PDF) printable applications
($15.00 each)
Pros: The layout of the form will be an exact replica of
the application that can be printed from a users computer
Cons: PDF files require the user to download free
"viewer" software if it is not already installed in their
computer.
II. Graphic Design ($100.00)
Development of original bullets, bars and background for a
consistent theme
Scanning, formatting and touch up of 2 "Community Center" logos
Additional scanned graphics are $5.00 each
III. Multi-Media ($25.00/minute)
CD music sample for home page (if copyrighted, permission is
required). Other uncopyrighted music alternatives may be available. CD
sampling involves extraction and conversion of music clip to "Real
Player" (.ra), "Wave" (.wav) or "Midi" (.mid)
format. Web page integration is included as well as directions for
listening to music if (.ra) format is selected. ($25.00/minute)
IV. Maintenance Plans
All fees are based on a monthly billing cycle.

VI. Statistical Reporting ($100.00)
Statistical reports describe the way your website is being
accessed and utilized by visitors. Using 3rd party software, LoebigINK
provides real time, web-based statistical reports which include
numerical reports with graphs on the following topics: Top visited
pages, referring pages, referring URL's, search engines and key words;
top countries and organizations; top browsers and operating systems;
daily, monthly hourly and weekday hits.
VII. Onsite Internet Education and Training
($75.00/session)
Onsite internet education can be tailored to meet your specific
needs. Written educational content, agenda, goals, and activities would
be provided for each session. (One hour per session, one hour minimum)
Potential topics could include:
Search engine capabilities and uses
Using the internet for research
Fundraising and the internet
Basic website development using MS FrontPage or Netscape Composer
VIII. Consultation (No additional cost)
Ongoing email support concerning web development activities,
website updates and problems are always included with our web services.
